Scopul indicelui este de a m\u0103sura comportamentul de igien\u0103 digital\u0103 \u00een rutina zilnic\u0103 a startup-urilor \u0219i a altor organiza\u021bii din \u021b\u0103rile partenere.<br \/>\u00cen elaborarea indicelui \u201eGood Start\u201d, s-a analizat \u00een detaliu literatura de specialitate, s-au utilizat rezultatele ac\u021biunilor anterioare \u0219i s-au redactat itemii \u00een consecin\u021b\u0103.<br \/>La \u00eenceputul acestui studiu, a fost creat un set de \u00eentreb\u0103ri cu 102 itemi. La scala cu cinci op\u021biuni de r\u0103spuns de tip Likert se r\u0103spunde cu (1) total dezacord, (5) total acord.<br \/>Itemii din grupul de \u00eentreb\u0103ri au fost supu\u0219i avizului a 24 de exper\u021bi competen\u021bi \u00een domeniu pentru validitatea domeniului de aplicare \u0219i au fost rearanja\u021bi \u00een conformitate cu sugestiile primite.<br \/>Ulterior, indicele a fost supus opiniei exper\u021bilor \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te caracteristici precum inteligibilitatea \u0219i u\u0219urin\u021ba de r\u0103spuns. factorial\u0103 exploratorie (EFA) sunt dou\u0103 tehnici comune utilizate \u00een studiile de dezvoltare \u0219i adaptare a scalelor. <br \/>Dac\u0103 rela\u021bia dintre elemente nu este cunoscut\u0103, se recomand\u0103 utilizarea EFA, dar dac\u0103 rela\u021bia este testat\u0103 \u0219i factorii \u0219i elementele aferente sunt cunoscute, se recomand\u0103 utilizarea CFA.<br (A2.7) urm\u0103re\u0219te s\u0103 ajung\u0103 la 50 de reprezentan\u021bi ai grupurilor \u021bint\u0103 din fiecare \u021bar\u0103.
